🔹 Are the products new?

Yes! The majority of our products are new and come from clearance items from major companies. They have never been sold, but are offered at a discounted price to free up warehouse space.

🔹 Why are the prices so low?

We purchase surplus inventory or products with slightly damaged packaging. This allows us to offer you major brand products at discounted prices , up to 50% off.

🔹 Is there a guarantee?

Yes, all our products are covered by a 3 to 6 month warranty depending on their category.

In the event of a malfunction, contact us: our team will quickly assist you to find a suitable solution.



Note: No manufacturer's warranty is applicable due to the destocked nature of the products.

🔹 Do you offer refurbished products?

Yes, some products in the "Pre-owned" section are customer returns that we have tested and verified before reselling them. Their condition is clearly indicated on the product page.

🔹Is delivery free?

Yes, shipping is free across Canada on orders over $35 for makeup, or over $50 for all other products.

For any order below these amounts, a flat shipping fee of $9.99 will be automatically applied at checkout.

🔹 Can I return an item?

Some items are non-returnable (e.g., hygiene products or consumables), but for the rest, you have 30 days to return them if the product is new and in its original packaging. See our Return Policy for full details.

🔹 Are quantities limited?

Yes! Products come from limited stocks . Once an item is sold, it rarely comes back. If you see something you like, don't delay 😉
