These General Conditions of Sale (GCS) govern the commercial relations between 14734424 canada inc. and any person making a purchase via the ayoyedestock.com website.

**1. Products**
All products offered are available while stocks last.
Descriptions and images are provided for guidance only.

**2. Price**
Prices displayed are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes.
Ayoye Destock reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without notice.

**3. Order**
Validation of your order constitutes unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
An order confirmation is sent by email after payment.

**4. Payment**
Payments are secure. We accept major credit cards as well as other methods displayed during the purchase process.

**5. Delivery**
We deliver everywhere in Canada.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically when ordering.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary.

Note: Clearance, overstock, or open box products must be returned in their original condition.
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless there is an error on our part.

7. Warranties
Due to the nature of our clearance business, products sold on ayoyedestock.com are not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
However, Ayoye Destock offers a limited commercial warranty of:

✔ 6 months – Products from overstock or surplus inventory
✔ 3 months – Like-new or pre-owned products

starting from the date the product is received, covering apparent defects in conformity.

Any claim regarding a defect must be made within 6 months of delivery.
After this period, no warranty request will be accepted.

**8. Responsibility**
Ayoye Destock declines all responsibility in the event of non-performance of the contract due to a case of force majeure (e.g. strike, natural disaster).
